2. What shipping method does Lululook use?

We offer free shipping worldwide.

  • To United States: normally takes 9-15 wording days by epacket.
  • To EU,CA and other place Package are normally takes 15-25days, shipped via Hongkong Post or Singapore post with tracking number.
  • Having long-term cooperative business with DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex etc. If you order an item that does not offer FREE express shipping, you may choose to upgrade to express shipping.

3. Can I Use Paypal?

Yes, we support PayPal payment, Security for buyers.

4. May I Return My Order?

We are more than happy to accommodate returns on package that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. Buyer need pay the shipping fee.

5. Taxs

6. Exchange&Refund
